Since 2010, we’ve been supporting the merger of Austria’s largest telecommunications service provider Telekom Austria with the nation’s biggest mobile communication company A1 Mobilkom with a comprehensive Change Management program, Leadership Excellence programs, Transformation modules and Reality Checks. This “Customerology” Change Management program was nominated for the Austrian State Prize and was on the short list for Germany’s international PR Award.

L’Oréal
How beautiful is L’Oréal’s future? That was the question we addressed as the moderators and trainers of various events of the internationally operating L’Oréal group.

Telefónica Germany
Since 2012, we’ve been working directly with Germany’s largest mobile communication group to incorporate digital transformation in their business strategy. As a pioneer in the telecommunications market, we supported Telefónica Germany during their merger with E-Plus. We provided operative training and coaching at many locations and delivered strategic impulses to increase customer satisfaction and growth.
Telefónica Germany is committed to granting everyone access to the digital world and its many opportunities. We are assisting Telefónica in achieving this mission as sales & leadership trainers and coaches, while moderating major events, kick-offs and customer events for them. We are supporting Telefónica’s internal units as well as their partners in the implementation of this strategy, which puts customers and their future needs at the center of all their actions. We are guiding and motivating the largest departments within the corporation: Customer Service & Sales as well as Business Sales.

We are supporting managers at AUDI as part of their Management Training programs, coaching them on complex transformation and change processes.

Whenever we work on skills, we also focus on aligning the brand with a professional appearance for their specific market. As a market leader, E.M.S. consistently needs to develop their products, services and employees. We have been supporting E.M.S. for many years as business consultants and coaches for their Sales and Service units.

Erste Bank – state-of-the-art banking in Austria
With the launch of an innovative banking platform in 2015, Erste Bank set new standards in Austrian online banking. “George” is a smart and consistently growing “ecosystem” platform. It’s an intelligent and flexible banking personality that can easily combine individual modules to adapt to clients’ needs.
In numerous training projects, we supported Erste Bank as trainers, moderators and change managers to strengthen their new mindset as an omnichannel bank – strongly focused on their brand and their customers.

S-Akademie – It’s the people that count!
We are training the Sparkasse Bank Academy’s graduates in various programs at junior, senior and top level on sales, spirit, communication and leadership.

VRM bewegt seit vielen Jahren Menschen im Rhein-Main-Gebiet und Mittelhessen mit Informationen, Service und Engagement. Wir unterstützen die VRM bei der weiteren Entwicklung wichtiger Verkaufskompetenzen im B2B Anzeigenbereich. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt hierbei auf der Transformation von Print zu Digital bzw. dem rossmedialen Verkaufsansatz.
