You can't photoshop PERSONALITY!
Give me five! The BIG FIVE. Without the big five you might be pretty on photos, but that special something will be missing. There are five main dimensions of a personality that make us feel attracted to some people, insufficiently appreciated or valued by others or – perhaps most sadly – even cause us to not notice others. In our employee interviews, we ask team members to assess their direct leaders and their leadership. Subconsciously, it’s the BIG FIVE that humans tend to assess, so it’s time to discover and develop your personal BIG FIVE.
Neuroticism
(the degree to which we respond emotionally to setbacks)
Extraversion
(the degree to which we actively engage with other people)
Openness
(the degree to which we search for new ideas and experiences)
Agreeableness
(the degree to which we put other’s interests above our own)
Conscientiousness
(the degree of how organized and results-oriented we are in our work)
