Erich Dippold has experienced the various perspectives on change processes firsthand. This enables him to develop effective organizations and employees. After studying business administration in Fribourg, Erich worked as a Purchasing Director and subsequently a Sales Director for companies like Endress+Hauser, Mannesmann Mobilfunk, British Telecom and Viag Interkom. Since 2001, he has been guiding companies, executives and employees through the development and implementation of projects and processes as a business coach, trainer and consultant. Before starting the SPRINGER & DIPPOLD PARTNERSHIP, Erich spent eight years at KMS MINDSHIFT, an integral part of Germany’s largest owner-operated brand agency KMS TEAM.
His focus is on business and sales strategies where the relationship between people is crucial. As a trainer for the latest sales and leadership methods, Erich concentrates on the interconnection between people and brands because strong brands and companies rely on strong employees. Apart from acquiring professional skills, adept employees also need to have the right mindset.
