Stefanie has a keen eye for people’s personal strengths. She discovered the power of brands as a Sales Director at L’Oréal where she developed effective sales and management strategies based on the brand’s assets. Brands provide orientation in today’s world. They help businesses and individuals to identify their strengths and opportunities and attain their goals. The people behind a brand are the key link between a brand and its market, between products and customers.

Stefanie Springer spent eight years as the Managing Director of KMS MINDSHIFT, an integral part of Germany’s largest owner-operated brand agency KMS TEAM. She then teamed up with Erich Dippold to launch the SPRINGER & DIPPOLD partnership. As a business coach, trainer and consultant she helps companies during development, change and transformation processes to translate complex and abstract business strategies into understandable and motivating action guidelines. The SPRINGER & DIPPOLD PARTNERSHIP uses edutainment as an innovative contemporary training and coaching methodology. Edutainment develops people’s skills while simultaneously strengthening and promoting their intrinsic motivation and bringing employer branding to life.

Stefanie predominantly works with companies from the telecommunications, retail, banking, media, luxury goods and automotive industries. She consults them on processes and projects and accompanies them from the early concept stage through the entire implementation of specific measures.

Stefanie has a degree in communication science and psychology from the University of Munich and is a professional profiler (master class).
